Follow the steps below to start...

1: Download the csdos.exe file here (If you think there is some virus or any kind of doubt then plz leave it, this is not for you)

2: Copy and paste that csdos.exe file here C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator

3: Now go to run and type cmd

4: You will see the dos, type "cd" and press enter

5: Now type csdos 8000

and you are done, just go and check out the latency of the server, It will be something like 2000...

PS: Majority can't perform this hack properly, even I couldn't but now I know the solution of almost all the errors so if you receive any error then plz do let me know by just writing it in the comment box...
