Instructions
  1. Push the 'W' key to get an initial run up.
  2. RELEASING the 'w' key press the strafe key (D or A) and move your mouse in the direction of the strafe(ie: if 'A' move mouse left in a little arc or if 'D' move mouse right by say 30 degrees) + JUMP
  3. You will now initiate a forward curved jump , in the left or right direction(Please note never to use the 'w' key for acceleration here after).
  4. When your about to land after the first jump, hit the opposite strafe key and curve your mouse in the same direction of your strafe and hit jump EXACTLY when you land after the first jump. Doing this a little too early or little too late will cut the bunny hop.
  5. IF You got the timing and mouse movement right you will quickly move forward faster, and you will need to repeat Steps 2 to 4 repeatedly.
Warnings

  • Before you start i would suggest you bind the jump control to the mouse wheel down of your mouse, in the options -> Settings. Make mouse wheel down as your alternative jump, the default being SPACE BAR.

  • The trick is to get the rhythm and keep going left n right n left n right with both your strafe and mouse movement, hitting jump at the right time of landing.

  • With proper timing and practice you'll be able to move faster using the Bunny Hops (B HOPS)

  • You can also Reverse Bhop by replacing the forward key with back key, and following the same steps mentioned in the article. Reverse bhop makes you bhop backwards, and can be used to make quick escape jumps when being shot at.

  • NEVER HIT THE FORWARD KEY ONCE you start B hopping. Acceleration is obtained by using strafe and proper mouse movement. Forward key is only used for initial acceleration.

Hackers are the scum of the Earth! Only three groups of people are worse: Nazi war criminals, suicide bombers and people who bought Daphne and Celeste singles (you know who you are).
Some reason they like to highlight their nabishness (c’mon Oxford Dictionary 2008, make me a hero), and show that they spend evenings cheating at a game which is very easy to be reasonably good at.
Obviously, the easiest way to beat them is to ban them and stop them from playing on the servers we all enjoy. Before we can do that though, we need to determine that they are cheating and then we need proof.

What to look for:
Here are just a few things to look out for when speccing a suspected hacker. There are many others and please feel free to name your own with a comment at the bottom.
  • Ridiculously high score. Its not difficult to get a score of 30-5, 40-7 etc but if it’s waaaay high and the death count is low. This first point is only a hint or a suspicion raiser. A high score does not mean a cheater.
  • Shaky crosshair. If you spec them and their crosshair is all over the place, in a manner that you would have trouble playing like that, chances are its an aimbot.
  • Constant headshots. As a pistol whore I aim for the head always, on most servers my headshot percentage is around 50-65% (on a good day). A pro would be higher, obviously. Aimbotters tend to get headshots with most weapons and very often. However, more advanced aimbots dont just aim for the head but also the torso. If you suspect someone of cheating but they aren’t getting too many headshots, dont dismiss them on that fact alone. But, a high number of headshots in itself is not proof of hacking. Please see the next point.
  • Look at them run, where are they aiming? A good player will run with his crosshair at head height, thats a reason they get a lot of kills. Now, going on the point prior to this, if they get a lot of headshots but always run around aiming down like a lot of noobs do, this is a good sign that they may have some kind of aimbot.
  • Looking through walls. Yes wallhackers look through walls. The real morons out there actually do it blatantly even when there are seven people in spectator mode.
  • Pre-fire. Some people pre-fire at every obvious hiding place, this is OK though a bit wasteful and a great help to the enemy to let them know someone is approaching. If someone has radar hacks or wallhacks they will pre-fire only in places where the enemy actually is.
  • Look at the player. What is his Steam ID? If it’s four digits then there’s a good reason why he’s kicking your arse. If it’s eight digits then be suspicious, but this isn’t proof by itself. What is his name? Is his name offensive, immature or full of random characters and 1337 speak? Member of a clan? Check them out.
  • Running super fast. Obvious one really, if he’s running twice as fast as you, then its speed hacks and I’ve never seen a speedhacker that doesn’t have aimbot, apart from the ones who only go for knife kills.
How to deal with hackers:

You have two choices: Leave and join another server or try and get rid of them. The first choice is easy, the second is not.
Once you have suspected someone of cheating (and it’s not just you being a nab at CS:S) here is what to do. Spec them. Go into the console and type ‘demo ***’ instead of asterisks type something that you will remember. Then continue to spec him for a while until you feel as though you have seen enough ‘proof’. This will be saved into your counter strike folder and the file can then be sent to others.
At no point announce that you think he is hacking. A lot of cheaters will then promptly leave for another server. if you have to talk about him do it in team chat (press ‘u’) or talk when you’re dead and he isn’t. If an admin is on the server type @ and your message to send it to them alone.
Ok, you have your demo, you feel there is enough in there to convince people that this guys is cheating. Go to your console again and type ’status’. This will bring up a list of everyone on the server along with their Steam ID. Make a note of it or copy it and paste elsewhere. Or, on some servers, you can type ‘zb_netinfo’ which gives the same info plus the rates that they are using. I have a big thing about people having low rates, but that’s another rant for another post, lol.
Ok, so now you should have a demo of the hacker and his name (at that time) and Steam ID. The next step is to find an admin for your favourite server. You may already know one and how to contact them. If not then visit the forums for the clan who run the server, most have the website address pop up in intervals so keep an eye out. If one is online then add to your steam friends on on x-fire, their details should also be on the website.
Send them a message stating when this hacker was online, give their name and Steam ID and send them the demo file (what did you name it as again?). Also say why you think they were hacking.
It is now in their hands. If they decide it was a hacker then they will be bitch slapped off the server.
Another option is to send to Steambans.com. This is very popular but I have my doubts about their effectiveness. At the end of the day (you go to bed), it is very rare to be 100% sure that someone is cheating. An admin has the right to decide whether one person should be allowed on their server. I don’t like the idea that a handful of so-called experts can stop someone from going on thousands of servers because they think they are cheating.
If you get banned off a server for cheating and you are innocent it’s very annoying, especially if that is one of your favourite servers, believe me, I’ve had it done to me many times. But imagine how much more worse it would be if you couldn’t get on loads of servers and you were innocent. Mistakes are made by even the best of ’spotters’. My personal preference is let each server’s admin take charge of their own server.
So there you have it, it’s not an exhaustive list, but it should point you in the right direction and give you a good place to start.

If you find yourself on a busy server running cs_assault and you are a CT, here is a nice spot to put yourself if you fancy getting some wallbang kills. The more people on the server the better as it increases the chances of people being where you want them to be.
This is your spot:

The terrorists on this map, more often than not, camp inside the warehouse including the catwalk that encircles the inside. Get yourself a P90 and climb onto these crates. There are two places to fire at and they are as follows:

Now there is no guarantee that anyone will be there, that’s why it is best to try this on a very busy server. This wouldn’t work too well during a match, for example. All being well, after a bit of practice, you can notch up the odd cheeky kill.

What are bugs?
Bugs are the errors in the map, which are usually not allowed in tournaments..These Bugs can help you greatly in the pub games..

Counter strike m4a1 - Cs m4a1 - Cs Weapons - Counter strike - Counter Strike WeaponCounter strike 1.6/Source M4a1 guide, tips and tricks

M4a1 is the primary weapon of counter-terrorists and it is expensive as compare to ak47...M4a1 is quite accurate at all the ranges but you have to burst 2-3 bullets then strafe at long distance and for the close/medium range you can just spray your enemies...
One important note is that you should not try to out-pick an awper/sniper from medium to long range with the M4a1.

If you compare m4a1 with ak47 then m4a1 is better in accuracy but ak47 is more powerful then m4a1 because one shot of m4a1 at head gives 82 damage when your opponent has a helmet while ak47 gives 103-105 damage...

If you are habit-ed of using large aim then you can use silencer over it otherwise you shouldn't...

Counter Strike 1.6/Source/Condition Zero Deagle/Night Hawk .50C guide | Deagle Pistol guide/tutorial | Deagle hints, tips and tricks
Counter-Strike 1.6/Source/Condition Zero Deagle, Desert Eagle, Deagle
Deagle/Night Hawk is known as the best/powerful pistol in counter-strike and it is usually used with awp as a secondary weapon. Few hits/shots of deagle can take down your enemy..

Deagle works better in close/medium range and will take only 3-4 bullets to kill the enemy..But through long distance, it may take 7 bullets or more...

The key to using the deagle is to make every shot count, I mean try not to waste a single bullet. Even if you are slow, never mind just relax and hit in such a way that you don't miss a single shot.

If you know you are in a 1v1 situation, you can go for the body/chest shots. It should take 3-4 hits. In a situation in which you may encounter two opponents at the same spot on the map, it is better to try to disarm one opponent with a headshot to even the odds before taking on the second opponent.

Counter-Strike 1.6/Source/Condition Zero SMG MP5/ Weapon Guide | Counter-Strike Tips and Tricks

This gun is mostly used when your enemies loose the first round that is the pistol round. And I think you should use it only when you run out of the money or you can't afford Ak47/M4. This gun is (smg) and so it is very accurate in the close/medium range.
Counter-Strike Wallpapers, Counter-Strike 1.6/Source/Condition zero weapons/smg mp5
While using this gun, you should always try to dodge your enemy by running here and there. And please do not fire from long distances, as this will be next to useless and your enemy can easily kill you from a single Ak/m4/awp shot...So always try to save your self, go closer and then fire...And for this you can use smoke grenades or flash bangs..

If you aren't good at dodging then it is good to fire while crouching, which will give you more accuracy..

And please if you are already good at galil/famas then ignore this gun.

There are 3 different noforce commands with different functions but their basic function is related to mouse!

Those 3 commands are:
Noforcemaccel
Noforcemparms
Noforcemspd

Function of Noforce commands:

Noforcemaccel:
This is going to disable your default half life acceleration and it will follow your default mouse acceleration which is configured in control panel.

Noforcemparms:
This will help you to solve the problem of configuring the mouse buttons as if you want to use the same desktop button settings But this is not going to work with the normal gaming mouse having more then 3 buttons.

Norofce:
This will block your in-game sensitivity and instead of that it will follow your default mouse sensitivity configured at control panel.

Guide to use these commands:
Personally I don't use any of these commands because it is quite hard for me to adjust in these settings...It is damn easy to use these commands...just follow the steps.

1: Go to the properties of your counter-strike desktop icon
2: Copy any of these commands and paste it at the end of target

a. -noforcemaccel
b. -noforcemparms
c. -noforcemspd

It should look like this:

Congrats you are done :)

Counter strike ak47
Counter Strike ak47 guide | ak47 gun tutorial | Weapon ak47 hints, tips and tricks

In counter strike, the ak47 is the primary weapon of terrorist, the energy (joules) of this gun is more then m4. Ak47 is very accurate at long distance. It will be very helpful for you if you are able to strafe then burst then strafe again then burst again. When using the strafing technique, you are going to make your strafes a bit longer than you would with the M4. This gives the AK recoil time to settle down. At medium range, you can take the burst up to a 2-4 shot burst. Yet again, you are going to want to try to use cover or use the strafe and burst technique. At short range you can use 3-5 shot bursts. One thing to note is that the AK spray is tough to control without practice. I would suggest trying to stick with bursts at close range. One strength of the AK over the M4 is that the AK is a one shot to the head kill gun. Even if the other team bought helmets, you can elimate one of them with a shot to the head. Another strength is that this gun is much cheaper than the M4, which will allow your team to be able to buy more often. This is a huge advantage if you are playing in a league with the 16K start money system. If your team can limit itself to 1 awp, you will be able to buy almost every round assuming you can win a few rounds or get a few bomb plants.

*AWP guide, hints, and tips
Counter-Strike 1.6/Source/Condition Zero Sniper/AWP | awp_india
Many players believe this is the best gun in the game. In my opinion, this gun ranks right up with, but slightly behind the M4 or AK when used for competition. This gun, when used right, can dominate an opposing team. There are a few things you should know about the gun that can help you use it to its fullest. The first thing is that it is quicker to just let the gun rescope on its own then to switch to your knife/pistol and then switch back to the awp (known as "quick switching"). Another tip is that if you are seen picking from a certain spot, take your shot then switch positions. Most teams will have their awper lock onto the spot you were just at and you will most likely get picked if you repeak that spot. There are exceptions to this rule depending on the map and whether or not you have flashes. To elaborate on this, if you want to repeak the same spot, it is a good idea to flash before you repeak. This will blind any members of the other team trying to pick the spot you are about to repeak. Another important thing is to give yourself a place to fall back to. The awp if very poor at close range battles when the other team is halfway decent. Due to this fact, you need to be able to pull back a bit if a group of AKs/M4s try to push you. Lastly, make sure you are good with pistols, and use your pistol in close range situations.

Learn to buy your weapons and equipment quickly

[cs/action/spawn1] Time is money, as they say. The faster you can buy your weapons and equipment, the faster you can get out there and get either prepare your assault or mount your defense. Instead of using the mouse to navigate the menus, use keyboard shortcuts, or buy scripts. Buy quickly, start quickly.

Fire automatic weapons in short bursts

[cs/action/fire1]Almost all automatic weapons have massive accuracy penalties for sustained fire. Some weapons, such as the AK47, are almost entirely useless when the trigger is held down, even at short range; some, such as the M4A1, hold up better. The key issue is to fire in short bursts, giving a brief pause between for the accuracy to improve (indicated by the contracting crosshairs). How short a burst you want and how long a delay depends on the weapon: the Colt is sufficient for three-shot bursts with brief delays; the AK warrants two-shot bursts with slightly longer delays. One weapon, the UMP, has almost constant accuracy with sustained fire, but unfortunately does not do much damage. Only hold down the trigger at point-blank range. Fire in brief, short bursts.

Aim at the upper chest

[cs/action/incursion1]Counter-Strike has positional damage; how much damage a hit does depends on where it lands. Maximum, of course, is the head; normal damage is done to the torso, and considerably less damage is done to the extremities. For example, the AWM is normally a one-shot kill weapon, but an AWM hit to the extremities is not fatal. The best place to aim, therefore, is the mid-to-upper chest; hits will tend to land in the nominal area, thus doing reasonable damage. Given that almost all weapons have significant recoil, the tail end of each burst will land higher than the chest, which will result in a better than average number of headshots. Just like in real combat, you want to aim at the trunk.

Switch to knife or pistol for rapid movement

[cs/action/knife1]One's movement speed depends on which weapon is currently readied. Knives and pistols have the least encumbrance; submachine guns have some; rifles have more; and the largest weapons -- the AWM and the Para -- have the most, requiring the holder to move at a slow walk (which has the side benefit of not making much noise). When a player has one of these guns and has to make a quick move, equip your knife or pistol in order to move faster. Switch back to your primary weapon when you reach your destination and continue the fight. Switch to a knife or pistol for fast movement, and then switch back.

Be aware of accuracy problems while moving, on ladders, in water, or in air

[cs/action/ladder3]Learning how to use weapons in Counter-Strike depends most strongly on judging weapon accuracy. All weapons have reduced accuracy when firing -- most players are fully aware of this. But the accuracy problems are not just limited to normal movement. A host of other behaviors can also severely limit accuracy, yet only the more experienced players are aware of it. In particular, when climbing a ladder, one is subject to the same accuracy penalties as when one is moving. If you are climbing a ladder and an enemy is waiting for you at the top, this puts you at a massive disadvantage -- even at very close range, your shots are unlikely to land many hits. The same accuracy penalties are also in place when one is swimming in water (but not when one is merely standing in water), and when one is in the air, such as on a low gravity server. Make sure you know the situations in which accuracy is reduced and you'll be a much better player.

Learn to stop just before firing sniper weapons

[cs/action/snipe4]All weapons have some loss of accuracy when they are fired by a moving shooter. This is especially true of the sniper weapons -- the Scout, AWM, G3, or SG550 -- which are not only less accurate, but in fact nearly useless when fired while moving. The conflict here is that any competent player knows that keeping moving is an important part of play -- particularly when a sniper war is taking place. The solution is to stop moving just a split second before firing; this will allow fully accurate shots even though the shooter was moving just a moment before. Particularly when using cover, this can be very effective -- you can pop out of cover, top, and fire, all within a fraction of a second. Remember: strafe, stop, fire.

Heavily favor armor to weapons when low on funds

[cs/action/cq2]Armor is absolutely essential in a game with even somewhat realistic weapons. Without armor, only a few midsection shots will bring even a completely healthy player down, and without a helmet, any headshot will. (A helmet won't protect from sniper rounds to the head, but something is better than nothing.) When buying at the start of the round, always factor in armor cost when choosing your weapons so that you don't find yourself out of money after you buy your weapons and ammunition. Always buy the armor/helmet combination if you can afford it; it is well worth the extra $350.

Learn to deliver grenades effectively

[cs/action/grenade1]Grenades can be very effective weapons -- they can soften up the enemy for a push, finish off an entrenched and already injured foe, or provide cover where none is available. But to use them, you need to be able to throw them accurately, and know not to try throwing them when you're open to enemy fire. Aim above your target, depending on distance, so that gravity can drop the grenade down into your opponent. Lobbing is the key.

Use say_team/radio/voice chat to coordinate with your teammates

Use radio commands, or -- better still -- voice chat via a good headset to communicate with your teammates. The radio commands -- or in the worst, case just using the say_team command -- can help organize your team, but there's nothing better than being able to talk directly to your teammates and have them be able to talk back. If you're a serious Counter-Strike player, you should have a microphone and have your voice chat subsystem configured. Consider the difference between using the canned "Enemy spotted" radio chatter and simply saying, "One in the building on the left, and one sniping from the roof on the right." Voice chat can easily turn even a group of intermediate players into a well-oiled killing machine.

Use hud_centerid

Enabling hud_centerid prints the identifying string -- the text that identifies the person currently under your crosshairs and indicates whether they're friend or foe -- just under the center of the screen, instead of in the lower-left corner. This is a far better place for it to appear, since the center of the screen is where your eyes will tend to be looking in the first place. This helps avoid excessive unnecessary eye movements -- concentrate on the center of the screen.

Use hud_fastswitch

Enable hud_fastswitch in your client. This will allow you to select weapons without having to hit the trigger in order to select them. Every second counts; having to hit the weapons category key and then the left mouse button takes time, and sometimes it's time that you don't have. Note that hud_fastswitch won't help when you have multiple types of grenades; in those cases you'll have to select the type you want and then hit the trigger to select it. But for all other weapon categories primary, secondary, knife, and bomb (for the Terrorists in a bomb/defuse map) -- this will allow an instance switch. Sometimes a single keystroke or mouse click can mean the difference between life and death.

When climbing ladders, do so quietly

[cs/action/ladder1]Normally, when climbing (or descending) ladders, a fair amount of distinctive noise is made; if you're using this to gain access to an enemy-controlled location, this sound can give you away. You can substantially reduce this noise by holding down the crouch key while moving up or down; this reduces the amount of noise that you make to about half: It's still audible, but it's far less noticeable than the normal volume. Particularly if there is background noise, such as gunfire -- hopefully provided by your teammates -- this can make a stealthy incursion much more possible. Another little-known tweak is that you can turn sideways on the ladder (so you're facing the side) and use the strafe keys to get some added speed when moving on the ladder. For instance, get on the top of the ladder, face off to the left, and then hold down the backward, strafe left, and crouch modifiers; this increases your movement speed substantially without making more noise. Crouch while climbing or descending a ladder; you'll make much less noise.

Use radar to locate both friendlies and hostiles

[cs/hud/radar]Your radar (when enabled on the server) is an absolutely invaluable resource. It locates your teammates relative to you, and even indicates whether they are above or below you, and by how much. Effective use of the radar goes far beyond merely locating your friendlies; coupled with close attention to sounds, you can use a process of elimination to locate the enemy as well. Use of the radar can also help you avoid friendly fire incidents; when you hear someone nearby, you can determine with the radar whether or not they are a friendly or a hostile. Use of the radar coupled with attention to sounds is a powerfully effective combination.

Stay out of water

[cs/action/water2]Water is trouble for three reasons: first, you move more slowly when swimming; second, when swimming, your accuracy is severely reduced; and third, you make considerable noise when entering and exiting a body of water, and even when swimming (bubbling sounds occur occasionally). It's best to avoid water unless you have to, since it will put you at a disadvantage and let your enemies know where you are. Avoid water unless you have no choice.

Don't hop when covered by good snipers

[cs/action/high2]It's common in first person shooter games for players to hop to avoid enemy fire by making themselves a harder target. But when under watch from very good snipers, hopping can in fact be counterproductive. In normal gravity, in the process of jumping, one's path becomes very predictable -- a good sniper will aim at the bottom of the parabola and pick you off as you land on the ground. To counter this, hoppers can perform mid-air maneuvers in order to try to make their paths less predictable, but in general (especially with the anti-hopping measures coming in 1.4) it's best to just avoid hopping when you know you're under close scrutiny from snipers -- it won't help you avoid getting hit. Hopping can help make you harder to hit, but not when your opponents are experienced snipers watching you closely.

Open grates and vents with knives instead of bullets

[cs/action/vent5]When on a map with destructible grates or vents, it's often best to open them with a knife instead of a gunfire. Even the most sturdy vents will fall to a knife thrust (the alternate attack), which is reasonably fast and will make considerably less noise than an (unsilenced) firearm. Particularly when coupled with timing -- open a grating when there is nearby gunfire to cover the sound -- a knife, or at least a silenced USP or Colt, can make an effective tactic for sneaking up on an enemy. A knife thrust (or at least a silenced firearm) is the best way to open a destructible grating or vent.

Guide to "Bunny hop in Counter Strike 1.6/Condition Zero/Source"

Keyboard Steps:

  • Move forward by pressing "W" key for initial run up
  • now Unpress/RELEASE the 'w' key press the strafe key (D or A) and move your mouse in the direction of the strafe (ie: if 'A' move mouse left in a little arc or if 'D' move mouse right by say 30 degrees) + JUMP (spacebar)
  • This will cause a forward curved jump , in the left or right direction( Now on you must not use W key to move forward).
  • When your just about to land after the first jump, hit the opposite strafe key and curve your mouse in the same direction of your strafe and hit jump EXACTLY when you land after the first jump. Doing this a little too early or little too late will cut the bunny hop
  • IF You got the timing and mouse movement (synchronised)right you will quickly move forward faster, and you will need to repeat Steps 2 to 4 repeatedly.
  • Watch the video below to make thing more clear.
